Tina L. Annis
Esquire
Tina Annis has been advising New Hampshire families for over 20 years. She assists clients with all aspects of estate planning and probate administration. She writes powers of attorney, health care documents, wills and trusts, including tax planning trusts and special needs trusts for the disabled. When there is a death in the family, Tina guides clients through the New Hampshire probate process, handling estates and representing executors in the Probate Courts.
Tina also has extensive experience with tax matters, and counsels clients on how to minimize the impact of the federal estate and gift tax for their heirs. She prepares income, gift and estate tax returns, and has successfully represented clients in connection with IRS audits. Tina’s practice also encompasses elder law. She advises families about the complex rules of Medicaid eligibility for long term nursing home care.
A New Hampshire native, Tina grew up in Pembroke, NH and obtained her law degree from UNH School of Law in 2000. During law school, Tina was selected for a clerkship at the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
Tina is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council, and she is a former Chair of the NH Bar Association’s Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Section. She is a frequent lecturer in the community on the subject of estate planning, and has been featured on the “Better Senior Living” radio show for Concord’s WTPL radio station.
Tina volunteers her time with The Concord Trust for the Enhancement of Public Education and serves on the Board of Trustees for Presidential Oaks. Tina is also an active member of South Congregational Church in Concord and serves as the Chair of its Planned Giving Committee.
Tina lives in East Concord with her husband and two children.
Jeffrey J. Zellers

Jeff Zellers obtained his law degree and masters in tax law from the Boston University School of Law. After beginning the practice of law in downtown Boston, he moved to New Hampshire to practice law and raise his family.
For over 35 years he has been a trusted adviser to individuals and businesses, advising them on estate planning, including the drafting of Wills, Trusts, healthcare documents, sophisticated estate tax savings vehicles and the purchase and sale of businesses in a tax advantageous manner. He has negotiated and drafted leases, employment contracts, buy/sell agreements between business owners and has advised families on business succession planning. Jeff has handled real estate matters, from the transfer of residential and commercial property to sophisticated commercial financing. He has advised entrepreneurs on the choice of their business entity and formed numerous Limited Liability Companies and corporations.
Jeff has worked extensively with one of the nation’s largest consumer cooperatives and directed one of the first conversions of an association to a cooperative under New Hampshire law. He has advised clients on tax planning and represented them successfully in the resolution of disputes with the IRS. He has formed and served as counsel to a number of non-profit and charitable organizations and foundations.
A New Hampshire native, Jeff has enjoyed supporting its charitable organizations including acting as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Woodside School, Concord Regional Visiting Nurses Association, Inc., Concord Hospital, Inc. and Capital Region Health Care, Inc. Jeff currently serves on the Planning Committee and the Quality Assurance and Patient Safety Committees of Concord Hospital.
Jeff is the proud father of two sons and the grandfather of three adorable grandsons.
